Ryan Giggs Reckons Roy Keane Was Definitely a Better Player Than N’Golo Kante

Ryan Giggs has risked starting a heated debate between Chelsea and Manchester United supporters by claiming his former teammate Roy Keane was better player in his heyday than N’Golo Kante.

Kante has left an massive mark on the Premier League over the last two season after winning a winner’s medal against the odds with Leicester City and then moving to Chelsea and repeating the trick there.

He’s gone from a relative unknown to France’s midfield linchpin in the space of two seasons.

But how would he stack up next to Keane? As we told you earlier this week, the ex-Red Devils skipper has been commenting on the crazy inflated fees that teams are paying for players these days, and he reckons Giggs could be worth as much as £2 billion in the current market.

The former Wales midfielder has responded in kind and claims there’s no doubting who’d win a duel between Keane and Kante:

What do you think of the comments? And could Kante ever be considered better than Keane?
