Video: Martin O’Neill Gets Pretty Annoyed When Questioned About Ireland’s Style

The Republic of Ireland were held to a frustrating draw against Georgia in Tbilisi last night and Martin O’Neill was pretty ticked off when questioned about his side’s style of play following the full-time whistle.

Ireland took the lead early in the match through Shane Duffy, but a disappointing overall display allowed the Georgians back into proceedings, and the final 1-1 scoreline probably flattered the Irish, in the end.

After it was all said and done, O’Neill fronted up and faced the waiting media, and he was interviewed by Irish TV channel RTE by reporter Tony O’Donoghue immediately following his post-match team-talk.

When asked how O’Neill could try and fix the issues his team seem to be suffering from, things really started to go down hill quickly:

What do you think of the interview?

Should the reporter be a bit more respectful of O’Neill, particularly in difficult circumstances? Or are his questions more than fair enough?
