A Lot of Rangers Supporters Are Calling For Alex McLeish to Replace Pedro Caixinha

Pedro Caixinha woke up this morning out of the Betfred Cup – and a lot of Rangers supporters are calling for the Portuguese coach to be replaced by Alex McLeish.

Despite calling the match a ‘win or win’ situation, Caixinha could only watch on helplessly from the sidelines yesterday at Hampden as Motherwell romped to a 2-0 victory over his sorry Gers side – leaving fans of the Ibrox club calling for their manager to be sacked.

As we told you at the time, scores of Rangers fans were calling for Caixinha to simply go following the result but now it appears they have a suggestion for his replacement.

McLeish, of course, already enjoyed a spell in charge of Rangers and he won the club’s last domestic treble back in 2003. He also finished his last full season at the club in third place, but that hasn’t stopped this lot pining for him this morning:

Is Alex McLeish really the answer for Rangers?

What do you think?
