Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers has claimed he’s never been happier – whilst insisting he won’t get bored of winning matches and titles.
The Hoops manager saw his side held to a lacklustre 1-1 home draw with Kilmarnock yesterday, but that result ensured Rodgers’ side remained an incredible 62 matches unbeaten in the domestic game.
In recent weeks, Rodgers has been linked with moves to both Chelsea and Leicester City, but the Northern Irishman doesn’t appear to be in any hurry at all to leave Celtic Park.
In an interview by Clyde 1’s Hugh Keevins, which will be broadcast on Superscoreboard tomorrow evening, Rodgers seemed pretty content to distance himself from any vacancies elsewhere – and definitely didn’t sound like a coach eyeing-up vacancies south of the border:
“I’ve never been happier…& you can never get bored winning”.

Rodgers and his players take on Bayern Munich in the Champions League on Tuesday night, before facing a tricky trip to St. Johnstone next weekend.
What do you make of his comments?
And will Rodgers really see out his four-year contract?
