Fraserburgh v Rangers and Hearts v Hibs are the picks of today’s Scottish Cup fourth round draw.
The draw was made this afternoon, with 32 teams going into the hat for the next phase of the competition that Celtic won last season.
You don’t usually get too many big games, but this draw has thrown up two belters in combining a minnow with a giant and pitting two fierce rivals against each other.
Highland League side Fraserburgh are set for one of the biggest days in their history when they go up against Rangers at home.
That said, it’s unlikely Bellslea Park will host the venue considering it’s tiny attendance and the amount of Rangers fans who would no doubt make the trip to watch on a day that could pocket the Scottish minnows a lot of money.
Elsewhere, Hearts will welcome Hibs to the re-opened Tynecastle – and it’s always entertaining when both Edinburgh sides meet in the Cup.
Here’s the draw in full:
Peterhead v Dumbarton, East Fife v Brora Rangers, Alloa v Dundee United, Fraserburgh v Rangers, Dunfermline v Morton, Ayr United v Arbroath, Albion Rovers v St Johnstone, Motherwell v Hamilton, Hearts v Hibs, Livingston v Falkirk, Dundee v Inverness, Fortmartine v Cove Rangers, Montrose/QoS v Partick Thistle, Celtic v Brechin, Aberdeen v St Mirren Kilmarnock v Ross County.
All ties will be played on weekend of January 20th and 21st.
