Manchester United Set to Wear Navy and Gold Away Kit Next Season

Manchester United supporters could be set for a very different direction in the club’s kits next season, with one of the alternative strips set to be navy and gold.

We told you earlier this week how the club’s third kit is set to follow in the footsteps of Scotland and be bright pink, in tribute to the Manchester Evening News’s weekly ‘Football Pink’ feature.

And now the reliable kit website Footy Headlines has reported that the away shirt for the 2018/19 campaign will be a dark navy blue, with gold trim and accents.

United are currently in the midst of a massive deal with German giants Adidas, worth a whopping £750 million to the Red Devils.

As we also told you earlier this month, chief exec Ed Woodward has revealed the club’s current black away jersey is the fastest-selling in the club’s long history – but could the navy and gold effort be about to beat it?

What do you think?
