Rangers fans are demanding their board act now after suffering their first loss to Hamilton at Ibrox in 30 years.
Graeme Murty’s men went into this Scottish Premiership game hoping to get their third victory in a row for the first time this season.
They’ve had chances to do it previously, but came up short in the third game – displaying a lack of consistency that ultimately led to Pedro Caixinha losing his job.
Josh Windass yesterday said it’s embarrassing that they’ve been unable to win three on the bounce.
So you can imagine the squad won’t be too happy with today’s loss to Hamilton, with David Templeton and Darren Lyon scoring to give Accies a surprise 2-0 win.
The fans certainly aren’t happy, taking to Twitter immediately after the second Accies goal to criticise the board for failing to yet appoint a replacement for Pedro Caixinha, who was sacked over four weeks ago:
With that result, Rangers are now nine points behind rivals Celtic at the top of the Premiership – and they were unable to take advantage of both Aberdeen and Hibs losing this afternoon too.
