There was little to separate the two teams at the RheinEnergieStadion, with Arsene Wenger ringing the changes following last week’s North London derby victory.
However, the Gunners failed to take their chances and were made to pay for it when FC Koln front man Guirassy went to ground under pressure from Mathieu Debuchy.
And while BT Sport pundit Jermaine Jenas admitted he understands why the Frenchman hit the deck, Keown has described the incident as a blatant “dive”:
"It's a dive isn't it? Surely!"

Wenger will be annoyed that his team couldn’t capitalise in their dominance, as the Gunners boasted 69% of possession and had 16 shots during 90 minutes.
Despite the result, Arsenal have still qualified for the knock-out stages of the Europa League as group-winners, after Red Star Belgrade were held to a 0-0 draw with BATE Borisov.
