Former Arsenal midfielder Mathieu Flamini has fond memories of the North London derby, having scored a terrific volley against Tottenham in 2015.
The Frenchman enjoyed two spells with the Gunners, the first coming in 2004 and the second nearly 10 years later in 2013 after leaving AC Milan.
And despite earning a reputation as a no-nonsense midfield player, Flamini turned inspirational goal-scorer at White Hart Lane two years ago… a transformation he was keen to remind us of on his Instagram.
Ironically, the day of Flamini’s emphatic double was the last time that Arsene Wenger’s side recorded a victory over Tottenham, having lost 2-0 to their north London rivals last time out.
Could Wenger’s side overcome their underdog tag tomorrow afternoon with an unlikely goalscorer like Flamini was two years ago?
Flamini won two FA Cup during his two spells at Arsenal, having also been part of the team which finished as runners-up to Barcelona in the 2006 Champions League final in Paris.
