Isco has told AS to ‘stop spreading shit’ after seeing their story about him refusing to warm up in today’s El Clasico.
The Real Madrid midfielder didn’t get off the bench in his side’s 3-0 defeat to Barcelona at the Santiago Bernabeu this afternoon, with Zinedine Zidane being forced in to other substitutions in the second half.
His first came after Dani Carvajal’s sending off, with Nacho Fernandez sent on, before Gareth Bale and Marco Asensio were thrown on in an effort to come back from two goals down.
So Isco had to settle for a watching brief – leading to AS’ story that he’d refused to continue warming up as a result of not getting on.
But the Spaniard has refuted that in strong words, saying: “Stop spreading shit.. my other two teammates were already going to be subbed on.”
Dejar de meter mierda que ya iban a salir mis otros dos compañeros… no sabía yo que sé podían hacer 4 cambios https://t.co/CFnYgNZcbM

It was a very disappointing game for Madrid and sees them now sit 14 points behind their fierce rivals in the La Liga table.
So it’s probably not the best day for AS to be making bold claims like that about Isco.
