Plenty of Rangers Fans Left Unimpressed with Latest Tweet From Josh Windass

Rangers midfielder Josh Windass has sent a message of goodwill out to the club’s supporters on Christmas Eve – only for a lot of fans to be left pretty unimpressed with the timing of his comments.

The 23-year-old midfielder was in action in the Gers’ 2-1 defeat away to Kilmarnock yesterday – meaning Rangers have now been on the losing side in the Scottish Premiership six times before the winter break, and it seems a lot of their followers are at their wits’ end.

Windass’s tweet was really to mark the fact he’s now played 50 times in a Rangers shirt, and was a bit of a meek apology for yesterday’s result – but maybe he should’ve thought twice before hitting that send button:

What do you think of the tweet Windass sent – and the supporters’ reaction to it? Was he unwise to send it, is the stick he’s taking fair enough?
