Despite dominating the first half at Selhurst Park and taking the lead through Shkodran Mustafi, Arsenal have conceded an early equaliser after the interval, through Andros Townsend.

Big things were expected from Roy Hodgson’s Palace prior to kick off, with results improving dramatically under the former England boss.

However, it took until the second half for star man Wilfried Zaha to come alive, as he roasted the Arsenal defence with an impressive run .

The Ivory Coast international then showed his ability to find a team-mate, as he teed up ex-Tottenham midfielder Townsend.

Townsend made no mistake with his finish, as he lashed the ball beyond an Arsenal defence that could only stand an watch as Petr Cech was left helpless.

Palace’s comeback was short-lived, however, with Alexis Sanchez grabbing a brace for the visitors minutes later.

Can the Eagles mount a major turnaround and score three goals in the twenty minutes that remain?
