Many expected Celtic to put in a strong performance and get a positive result to secure European football after Christmas.
But they’ve scraped that achievement by losing just 1-0, going through on goal difference.
Rodgers was asked to give his view on the performance and result – failing to hide his disappointment when answering.
And this quote on what he learned about some players is particularly interesting.

“So this is a good leveller for some of those guys.”

It’s not often Rodgers has had to publicly criticise some of his players and, although he doesn’t name any names, it’s interesting to hear he believes some still have a bit to go.
Celtic will go in to Friday’s Europa League last 32 draw hoping for a favourable draw and then set about improving the team ahead of that tie next year.
