Liverpool Fans Are Raving About Andy Robertson After His Display v Man City

Liverpool supporters are singing the praises of Andy Robertson this afternoon after the left-back put in an absolutely faultless in the win over Manchester City.

As we’ve told you previously, Reds fans have been left baffled earlier in the season when the Scotland defender was continually left out of Jurgen Klopp’s match-day squads, with Spaniard Alberto Moreno preferred instead.

But with Moreno now injured, Robertson looks like he’s making the left-hand side of Liverpool’s defence his own, and he managed to keep an in-form Raheem Sterling extremely quiet throughout.

The headlines will go to the likes of Mo Salah, Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane following the 4-3 victory but there’s absolutely no question that Robertson played a big part in it – and it hasn’t been missed by the Liverpool support:

What do you think of Robertson’s display, and his general form for Liverpool?

Surely he’s the club’s first-choice left-back now, eh?
