Some Manchester United Fans Feel Really Sorry For Henrikh Mkhitaryan

Some Manchester United fans feel really sorry for Henrikh Mkhitaryan over his part in a possible swap deal with Alexis Sanchez.

The Armenian attacker has emerged as a major part in United’s offer to sign Sanchez from Arsenal during the January transfer window.

His contract expires in the summer, but it appears that the Gunners want to cash in on him now to avoid losing him for nothing then.

And after Manchester City and Chelsea appearing keen on signing him, United have emerged as serious contenders for his signature.

But it’s also being reported that Mkhitaryan will be part of any deal for Sanchez, with the former Borussia Dortmund man moving to the Emirates in exchange.

No deal has been agreed so Mkhitaryan was at United training today – but fans are feeling sorry about the difficult position he’s been put in:

Everything points towards a deal being done – particularly when you consider that Mkhitaryan has really struggled for regular game time since signing for United.

But will United fans be happy with the swap?
