Chelsea defender Kenedy staked a claim for more of a first-team chance at Stamford Bridge tonight by producing an outrageous piece of skill against Norwich City.
Antonio Conte’s side took on their English Championship opponents in the FA Cup third-round replay following last week’s 0-0 draw at Carrow Road, and the Italian understandably switched about his starting line-up for the occasion.
The Brazilian 21-year-old has been forced to spend most of the season on the bench, or not even in the match-day squad at all, but tonight he was thrown in at left wing-back and he was definitely one of the players who caught the eye – just ask Norwich skipper Ivo Pinto:

In the week that Ronaldinho confirmed his retirement from the professional game, perhaps Kenedy’s moment of magic was a tribute to his compatriot.
Regardless of why he did it, it was absolutely beautiful to watch.
However, we wouldn’t want to be Ivo Pinto in bed tonight. Pray for Pinto!
