The English midfielder hasn’t been a stranger to criticism from supporters over the last two seasons since moving to Glasgow, but his form of late has definitely improved.
Under interim boss Graeme Murty, Windass has been utilised in a more central position, which seems to show off his strength, power and pace a lot more, and has led to him scoring six goals so far this season.
The Gers are currently in the United States for some warm-weather training, and to take part in the Florida Cup, but before any matches were played, Windass was given the honour of being the Ibrox club’s Snapchat boss for the day:
