The eye-watering figures behind Alexis Sanchez‘s proposed move to Manchester United have been revealed, with the Red Devils expected to commit £500,000 per week for four years to sign the Chile international.
Sanchez currently has six months left on his Arsenal contract, meaning he could sign for United for free in the summer.
However, with Manchester City and Premier League champions Chelsea also harbouring an interest in Sanchez, it appears Jose Mourinho is willing to break the bank to sign him this month.
It’s expected that United may even use midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan to sweeten the deal for Arsenal.
Aside from Mkhitaryan, BBC 5 live Sport have detailed exactly how the Sanchez deal could be structured as per @sistoney67.
It’s a truly breathtaking amount of money for one player:

Does it represent good business if Arsenal can get Mkhitaryan in return for a player who has made it clear that he doesn’t see a long-term future at the Emirates?
