Video: Mesut Ozil Produces Jaw-Dropping Assist For Arsenal Goal v Swansea

Mesut Ozil reminded Arsenal‘s hierarchy of exactly what he can do when he’s in the mood tonight by producing an absolutely delicious assist for the club’s opening goal against Swansea.

The Gunners went into tonight’s Premier League clash knowing they absolutely needed a victory to keep on the coattails of the top-four, but both teams started in pretty lacklustre fashion.

But on the half-hour mark, Ozil found another gear, and put the ball on a plate for the arriving Nacho Monreal, who really couldn’t miss from such close-range:

As we’re sure you’re well aware, World Cup winner Ozil is out of contract in the summer, and has been linked with a big-money move to Manchester United where he would be reunited with former coach Jose Mourinho.

If he keeps providing assists like this for the rest of the campaign, he’ll have a lot more suitors than just the Red Devils knocking on his door.

What do you think of the pass?
