Video: Billy Gilmour Nails Brilliant Bin Shot in Chelsea Downtime

Billy Gilmour nailed a brilliant bin shot during some downtime at Chelsea training today.

The Scottish youngster has been working hard since joining the English Premier League champions in the summer.

But it looked like he got a chance to chill out this afternoon at the club’s training ground, having a bit of fun with teammate Conor Gallagher, a bottle and a bin.

Gilmour watched on as his pal threw the bottle in the bin after a couple of attempts – then he stepped up and kicked the thing in the bin:

That’s quality from Gilmour!

Fans will obviously care more about what he does on the pitch at Chelsea after the midfielder took some criticism for his move from Rangers to Chelsea in the summer.

The 16-year-old midfielder was on the cusp of the Ibrox first team last season, but decided that trying to make the difficult breakthrough at Chelsea instead.

Gilmour has started well at Stamford Bridge, forming an important part of Jody Morris’ youth team as well as playing for the development side too.

He’s a Scotland youth international and you’d hope he can make the breakthrough to Alex McLeish’s senior team if he can play first team football over the coming years.
