But rather than singing about Alexis Sanchez, Juan Mata or Paul Pogba, the travelling Red Devils supporters couldn’t stop chanting about Wigan Athletic striker Will Grigg.
In case you’re not up to speed, Grigg scored the goal which knocked City out of the FA Cup on Monday night, ending the Sky Blues’ hopes of completing an unprecedented quadruple – and the United fans thought it only fair that they paid homage to the Northern Irish forward:
