Absolutely Nobody Thinks a Hearts and Hibs Joint Club Shop is a Good Idea

Hearts have confirmed they’re looking into opening a joint club shop with bitter city rivals Hibs – and pretty much absolutely nobody thinks the idea is a good one.

As we told you yesterday, Jambos supremo Ann Budge confirmed in a Q&A session with a club supporters group that options for a store inside Edinburgh Airport have been considered, as well as a presence at world famous annual Fringe Festival.

Opening a Hearts club shop sounds like a great idea, but the admission that Hibs would be involved seems to have turned absolutely everybody off – regardless if it bring some much needed revenue to both sides:

Taking half-and-half scarves to a whole new level, eh?

Given the teams are such sworn enemies, can you understand the push-back from fans over the suggestion? And should Budge heed calls from her fans to steer well clear of actually going through with it?
