Denmark Unveil Unique ‘Frankenstein’ Kit Made From Recycled Old Shirts

Denmark have unveiled their new home kit for the World Cup, and we reckon the jersey is set to divide supporters in a big way.

After relying on the amazing form of Spurs midfielder Christian Eriksen in a tense play-off against Republic of Ireland, the Danes will be in Russia for their first World Cup since the 2010 tournament in South Africa, and only their second in the last 20 years.

And whilst they won’t be in the running to take home the trophy, it looks like Eriksen and co could well be the best dressed side in the competition.

The Germany, Colombia and Nigeria kits are pretty special, but the kit designed by Hummel for the Danes is definitely up there amongst the best:

Uniquely, the home shirt encompasses various different jerseys from yesteryear, which somewhat explains the patchwork look.

It’s been dubbed the ‘Frankenstein’ kit by supporters – but would you part with your hard-earned cash to buy it?

What do you think?
