
Former Rangers youth star Billy Gilmour has been showing off his latest collection of silverware, after playing a key role in Chelsea’s Under-18 Premier League Cup win.
The highly-rated Scotland Under-17 international has been plying his trade down south ever since last summer, after turning his back on the chance to break into the Gers’ first-team for the opportunity to trying his luck at Stamford Bridge.
As we’ve told you repeatedly, things seem to be going rather well for Gilmour in West London, and his latest social media update only serves as a reminder of the midfielder’s outstanding promise.
The teenager set up a goal in Chelsea Under-18’s 2-0 win over Scott Parker’s Spurs youth side, with Charlie Brown scoring both of the goals.
The 16-year-old took to Twitter and Instagram to show off his new collection of silverware, and whilst we’re willing to accept he’s not even old enough to legally drink, surely Alex McLeish needs to take a wee look at him soon, eh?
