After back-to-back 3-0 defeats against Manchester City in the last seven days, the Premier League clash against Brighton was seen as a fixture that could be used to regain some lost confidence but it wasn’t long before the Gunners were chasing their tales once again.
Slam Dunk for Brighton! 🏀
They go ahead as the defender volleys home from a corner!

Lewis Dunk opened the scoring after heading in from a corner-kick after just seven minutes, and as if that wasn’t bad enough, Glenn Murray doubled their advantage after 26 minutes – and left Arsene Wenger staring into space, and wondering what he’s done to deserve all of this.
Murray’s finish for 2-0 looked suspiciously like a slight goalkeeping error from Cech, and 35-year-old will remain rooted on 199 Premier League cleansheets for at least another week.
He was once rated as one of the best goalies in modern English football, but now Petr Cech just evokes sympathy:
It’s sad to see Cech struggling so much. What isn’t sad, however, is the fact that it’s hurting Arsenal.

I feel Sorry for Petr Cech who was once one of the Best GoalKeepers in the World. You can hardly see him get a clean sheet these days.
Can't you just resign??
Are you a Mugabe in disguise??

I'm truly sorry for cech today.
Accept my condolences man.

Yeah it’s sad to see a player decline as quickly as Cech as soon as he joined Arsenal. Before he was regarded as one of the best, now he’s unreliable

I feel so sorry for Cech and the fact we’re losing to Brighton is fucking diabolical
— James Feilden (@jamesfeilden23) March 4, 2018
Case in point, Cech exposed again there by ridiculous passing and poor choices by outfield players. This time Iwobi dithers, gets disposed but thankfully Cech saves it this time!!! Open your eyes. So sloppy in possession. Hot potato stuff!!!

Nah that’s not Cech’s fault. There’s 4 players around him who SHOULD be getting to that ball before him.
— RCJ (@RasclartRico) March 4, 2018
It's Cech's fault that all the outfield players are shit

Are fans right to feel sorry for Cech, or is he to blame too?
