Kieran Tierney Tells of Snooker Doubles Win With Hero Henrik Larsson

Kieran Tierney got to fulfil a lifelong dream of playing alongside Henrik Larsson on a green surface – but it wasn’t a football pitch.

The Celtic left-back isn’t currently with the Scotland national team after being forced to pull out of Alex McLeish’s squad for friendlies with Costa Rica and Hungary due to injury.

That’s allowed him to attend a golf day for Scott Brown’s testimonial, which will finish with a game against a high profile opponent in the summer – and Liverpool have been reported as opponents.

Several players past and present turned up to support Brown for it and both Tierney and Larsson were among those.

And the young Celt couldn’t resist a picture alongside his hero after winning snooker doubles:
