Manchester United Fans Are Devastated After Hearing the Zlatan News

Manchester United fans are struggling to get over the news that Zlatan Ibrahimovic is leaving, after the club confirmed they’d terminated the Swedish superstar’s contract.

The former AC Milan, Barcelona and Inter striker is reportedly heading to the MLS to sign for LA Galaxy after failing to get back into the United team after sustaining a serious knee injury last season.

At the grand old age of 36, it appears neither Zlatan nor Jose Mourinho believe he can contribute significantly to the United cause this season, and with the American season having only started this month, it perhaps makes sense to move onto his next club now.

But even so, Red Devils supporters are understandably sad to see him go, and despite arriving at Old Trafford well beyond his peak, Zlatan still managed to rack up an impressive 29 goals in 53 appearances for the Premier League giants.

There’s been an outpouring of grief on social media ever since the news was announced earlier today:

What do you think of the news?

Will Zlatan be missed in the United dressing room?
