Scotland Unveil New Yellow Away Kit. The Verdict? Better Than Pink!

Scotland have unveiled their new yellow away kit and the verdict is in – it’s better than the previous pink version.

The Tartan Army caused some headlines three years ago when they made the bold decision to go with a pink away kit.

That was seen regularly on Gordon Strachan’s team throughout the period since, but wasn’t a popular choice with the majority of supporters.

Now, those fans are delighted with the SFA and kit manufacturers adidas’ decision to revert back to something more traditional with a new yellow away kit.

Why? Because it’s nice, but also because it isn’t pink:

You get the picture.

Scotland could wear the kit when they go up against Costa Rica in a friendly at Hampden on Friday night.

It will be Alex McLeish’s first game back in charge of the national team and he’ll be desperate to get a good result and performance with a new batch of Tartan Army stars.
