Video: Oli McBurnie Really Enjoyed His Goal Against Swansea Rivals Cardiff Last Night

Oli McBurnie seemed to really enjoy his goal against Swansea‘s rivals Cardiff last night.

The Scottish youngster is currently on loan at Barnsley from the Welsh Premier League outfit and has been in a rich vein of form since signing in January.

He had four goals in five games going into last night’s trip to Cardiff in the Championship.

And McBurnie made it five from six with a real poacher’s finish to pull one back for Barnsley after Callum Paterson and Marko Grujic had given the hosts the lead.

Given Swansea’s rivalry with Cardiff and McBurnie’s loyalty to the Liberty Stadium club, it’s understandable that he enjoyed the goal – as his celebration shows:

Unfortunately for McBurnie, his side were unable to get back into the game and went down to promotion-chasing Cardiff on the night.

But, for the Scot, he’s done his chances of getting into Alex McLeish’s first national team squad no harm with hitting the net again.
