Scott Brown says Celtic show they do their talking on the park after Rangers‘ confidence going into today’s game at Ibrox.
The Hoops ran out 3-2 winners in a pulsating affair this afternoon between the Scottish Premiership’s top two.
Rangers went into the game in confident mood thanks to their recent strong run of form. The players and Graeme Murty sounded like they fancied a victory while many of the fans went into the game believing this is the best chance they’ve had in years of beating Celtic.
But despite leading the game twice, they were unable to get the job done.
Rangers took the lead through Josh Windass early on before Tom Rogic fired Celtic level. The hosts were then in front again shortly after when Daniel Candeias blasted home. But, again, the visitors hit back, this time through Moussa Dembele.
And that set it up for Odsonne Edouard to climb off the bench and curl home a winner for Celtic, who went down to 10 men shortly after Jozo Simunovic’s red card.
Brown was integral again in the win and was typically straightforward when asked about Rangers’ confidence going into the game.

That sort of dismissive response from Brown is what we’ve come to expect from the Celtic captain.
With the victory, Celtic are nine points ahead of Rangers in the Scottish Premiership table with a game in hand.
