Video: He Looks Like a Still Game Extra! Sergio Ramos Arrives for Training in a Fiat 600

As Real Madrid’s captain, you would probably expect Sergio Ramos to arrive for training in a plush 4×4… but the reality had a definite Still Game vibe.

Yes, fresh off the back of a masterful performance in the Champions League, Ramos pulled up to Madrid’s Valdebebas training base this morning… in a retro Fiat 600.

Ramos was of course part of the Madrid side which outclassed PSG at the Parc des Princes, with Los Blancos earning a 5-2 aggregate win to secure their place in the quarter-finals.

And while Cristiano Ronaldo, Gareth Bale and Karim Benzema will surely be flaunting their wealth with some outrageous cars in Madrid’s car-park… Ramos is far more understated.

In fact, he looks downright ridiculous stood next to his tiny car, especially in an outfit that makes him look like an extra from Scottish sitcom Still Game:

He’ll never be accused of being a follower, at least!

Madrid will be in good spirits heading into their La Liga match with Eibar on Saturday, especially after their mid-week exploits on the European stage.
