The Hoops are on the brink of an historic back-to-back treble after yesterday’s 4-0 victory over their bitter rivals Rangers set-up a showdown with Motherwell at Hampden on May 19.
Goals from Tom Rogic, Callum McGregor, Moussa Dembele and Olivier Ntcham ensured a comfortable victory at the national stadium, and sent the Celtic support into delirious celebrations after the full-time whistle.
And it turns out the fans weren’t the only ones to lose their composure, as Celtic TV’s Gerry McCulloch reveals.
Apparently, the usually calm and collected Rodgers let his guard down somewhat and indulged in some of the celebrations – by high-fiving the club’s entire media team:
Brendan Rodgers normally very composed ahead of @CelticTV post-match interview. Today he high-fived every member of the media team and shouted “‘mon the hoops!” 😂🍀👍

To be fair, he’s usually very reserved and respectful after victories, so we can probably allow him a one-off day of celebrations, eh?
What did you make of the match?
