David de Gea, Marcos Alonso, Mo Salah and David Silva have all been included in the PFA Team of the Year.
Now that we’re at the business end of the football season, awards are being decided as well as trophies and following up from the Player of the Year nominees being revealed at the weekend, the PFA have revealed the XI that makes up their Team of the Year.
It’s an incredible team that’s been picked – chosen by players in the Premier League – and includes all the best performers.
De Gea gets in for his outstanding performances for Manchester United this season, while City duo Kyle Walker and Nicolas Otamendi are included in the defence alongside Jan Vertonghen and Alonso.
Silva is included after inspiring City to the Premier League title, as is teammate Kevin de Bruyne and Tottenham playmaker Christian Eriksen.
And the front three is pretty tasty, with top scorers Salah, Harry Kane and Sergio Aguero making it in:

That is some team, isn’t it? That said, Eden Hazard has had a pretty decent for Chelsea and doesn’t make it while United have only one player included in de Gea despite being in pole position to finish second in the table.
