The Dens Park outfit only signed the one-time England international back in February, but he’s already interesting other teams after his six appearances for the club.
He’s helped Dundee to just one win and a draw in those games, yet Neil McCann’s team still have a chance of achieving safety in the Scottish Premiership.
And they obviously believe keeping Caulker gives them a better chance of doing that.
According to eveningtelegraph.co.uk, the Dees had received a £1m offer from the Norwegian champions.
But they have knocked it back – rejecting the opportunity to cash in on another defender so soon after selling Jack Hendry to Celtic in January for £1.2m.
The Norwegian transfer window for their new season is open until tomorrow night so they could bid again for Caulker.
However, it looks unlikely that Dundee will sell one of their most important players at such a pivotal point of the campaign.
