Hector Bellerin Hits Out at ‘Click baiters’ Over Story of Alleged Lacazette Fallout

Arsenal right-back Hector Bellerin has taken to social media to hit out at ‘click baiters’ looking to cause trouble in the Gunners’ camp.

The North London club have had a tumultuous week or so, with the news that Arsene Wenger is stepping down after 22 years in charge, and they go into tomorrow night’s Europa League semi-final first-leg against Atletico Madrid knowing they absolutely MUST reach next month’s final.

So, imagine the upset a story about two players getting into a fight during training would cause, eh?

Well, the Daily Mail ran a story this morning claiming Bellerin and his team-mate Lacazette clashed as ‘tempers flared’ during the club’s latest training session.

Of course, it didn’t take long before Bellerin put the record straight – and in emphatic fashion:

So, there you have it – it was all just banter, in the immortal words of Richard Keys.

We can expect to see both players in action at the Emirates tomorrow night – but will Arsenal progress?
