Rangers Fans Are Delighted with the Scott Arfield Rumours

Scott Arfield is being linked with a move to Rangers this afternoon – and the club’s supporters reckon it could turn out to be a brilliant piece of business.

After breaking through at Falkirk as a youngster, and a spell at Huddersfield Town, the 29-year-old Burnley midfielder has been with the Premier League club since 2013, and has cemented himself as one of the club’s most reliable players.

And, according to Sky Sports, he’s become a target for Rangers in recent months, and with his contract set to expire this summer, he’s available to sign a pre-contract with a potential new employer now.

Of course, the deal is far from complete, but Rangers supporters definitely like what they are hearing:

With Ibrox season tickets up for renewal, ambitious transfer stories regularly rear their head at this time of year, but what do you think of the news?

Would Arfield automatically improve the Rangers midfield?
