Rangers Fans Are Only Giving Pass Marks to Jak Alnwick Today

Rangers fans are still coming to terms with today’s mauling at the hands of Celtic, with only one player getting pass marks from the club’s hurting supporters.

The Gers travelled across Glasgow to the home of their arch enemies this afternoon aiming to stop a title party, but it wasn’t long before the floodgates were opened, and the game became about damage limitation.

In the end, Celtic went on to win 5-0 but, in truth, it could have been a whole lot worse for Rangers, with goalkeeper  Jak Alnwick putting in an eye-catching display between the sticks.

The 24-year-old has been back-up to Wes Foderingham all season, but he definitely stood out today and arguably kept the thrashing to a semi respectable level.

Alnwick pulled off impressive saves from James Forrest, Tom Rogic and Leigh Griffiths in the second-half, and his efforts hasn’t gone unnoticed by the Rangers fanbase:
