The Italian outfit watched on as the draw was made earlier today, pairing Bayern Munich with Real Madrid before both Roma and Liverpool were pulled out of the hat.
Roma got there after performing a miracle to overturn a 4-1 first leg defeat in the first leg of their quarter final against Barcelona.
They won 3-0 in Rome on Wednesday night, sealing qualification thanks to the solitary away goal they got in Barcelona.
And now it’s Liverpool who stand between them and the final in Kiev.
Roma will face up against former star player Salah when the semi-final kicks off later this month, but they’ll still be friends regardless of the result:

Salah has been magnificent for Liverpool this season and is the one to watch for Roma, but maybe they’ll have the best chance to stop him given their experience of his game?
