Video: Celtic Fan Pranks Chris Sutton Pretending to be Hurting Rangers Supporter

One mischievous Celtic supporter took rubbing salt into the wounds of Rangers fans to a new level earlier this week, after calling a radio phone-in pretending to be an upset Gers fan.

Hoops followers everywhere are still on Cloud Nine following their club’s emphatic 4-0 victory over their bitter rivals on Sunday afternoon, which led to senior pros Kenny Miller and Lee Wallace being suspended by Rangers following a bust-up in the aftermath of the result.

But watching the Ibrox club implode from afar isn’t enough for some fans looking for any opportunity to stick the boot into their opponents from across Glasgow.

Former Celtic striker Chris Sutton appeared has he frequently does on the BBC’s 606 football phone-in not too long after the full-time whistle, and he and his co-host Jacqui Oatley received a rather strange – but definitely funny – call:

There might be more elaborate or clever pranks, but it’s hard to deny that won’t have a lot of football supporters across Glasgow laughing as they hear it.
