Florian Kamberi is fast becoming a fans’ favourite at Hibs thanks to his goalscoring antics.
The Switzerland striker signed for the Easter Road side on loan from Grasshoppers in January and has wasted no time in solving Neil Lennon’s goal problem.
In the first half of the season, he had Simon Murray and Anthony Stokes as his two main frontmen, with youngster Oli Shaw providing backup on occasion.
But Lennon went searching for a goalscorer in January – and that’s what he found in Kamberi.
Going into last night’s game against Hamilton at Easter Road, the Swiss attacker had scored three goals in seven games, including vital strikes against Motherwell, Aberdeen and Kilmarnock.
Now he has six goals in eight games following his brilliant hat-trick against Accies:

Could Kamberi have an outside chance of going to the World Cup with Switzerland in the summer if he keeps this form up?
It’s probably unlikely given the quality in the national team squad, but his goals should certainly help him get into the discussion.
