With Liverpool unveiling their new home kit this afternoon, the club invited four fans from around the globe to visit Anfield for a special surprise, which involved getting their hands on the new jersey and meeting Sadio Mane.

Marcus and his son Austin travelled to Merseyside from inside the UK, while Ouyang made the trip from China, life-long Reds fan Guro flew from Norway and larger-than-life Ricky came all the way from the United States.

All of these fans were given the once in a lifetime chance to taste the atmosphere of a Liverpool home match last month, when Jurgen Klopp’s side earned a 2-0 win over Newcastle.

Marcus, Austin, Ouyang, Guro and Ricky all watched the match from a swanky private box, before being surprised by Mane, Joel Matip and club captain Jordan Henderson after the final-whistle.

The good news didn’t stop there either, as they were then presented with Liverpool’s new home jersey:

Not a bad day out then, all things considered!
