Video: Scott Brown Says Rangers Players ‘Won’t Be Cheering Tonight’

Celtic captain Scott Brown stuck the boot into Rangers‘ suffering players this afternoon following the Hoops’ easy 4-0 win over their bitter rivals at Hampden this afternoon.

The two Glasgow giants met in the semi-finals of the Scottish Cup, and there was only ever one team at the races, as goals from Tom Rogic, Moussa Dembele, Callum McGregor and Olivier Ntcham ensured their passage into next month’s final.

As we told you after the quarter-finals, cheering could be heard from the Rangers’ dressing room once the Ibrox club’s players had discovered they were to face Celtic today, and Brown wasn’t about to let that be forgotten following the full-time whistle:

It did seem like an overly confident thing to do at the time, and the Rangers players and fans who cheered after the draw are probably regretting doing so now.
