Wembley Win FA Cup Semi-Finals With Harry Kane Tweet

Wembley‘s official Twitter account won the FA Cup semi-finals after their tweet about Harry Kane.

It was a brilliant first half between Manchester United and Tottenham as they both got on the scoresheet in a game with plenty of attacking quality.

Spurs took the lead, with Christian Eriksen crossing for Dele Alli to tap home, before United got themselves back on level terms thanks to Alexis Sanchez’s header.

Wembley took to Twitter just at half-time to ask whose goal was better between the two.

And they followed that question up with a funny threat that anyone who responds with Kane will get blocked:

They are, of course, referring to the controversy around Kane getting the credit for a Christian Eriksen goal that he believes touched him, but most other people don’t.

Fair play to Wembley’s Twitter team for having a bit of fun with their tweeting during such a big game at the national stadium.
