Charly Musonda Praises Celtic Again Despite Failed Loan Move

Charly Musonda has praised Celtic again despite his failed loan move at the club.

The Chelsea attacker is now back at Stamford Bridge after his 18-month loan to the Hoops was ended this week.

Musonda only joined at the end of January, but was unable to make an impact on Brendan Rodgers’ team and the loan was cancelled.

Rodgers yesterday confirmed that, saying he wasn’t able to give Musonda the game time he wanted.

And despite Musonda’s frustrations at only being able to make eight appearances, he’s been very complimentary of Celtic again.

He took to Instagram earlier this week to thank the club and the supporters and has followed that up with a comment on the same platform about his time in Glasgow:

Musonda has been criticised at times for his apparent poor attitude, particularly towards the end of his time at Celtic, but he’s won a lot of fans back with the way he’s departed the club this week.
