Chelsea Are Reportedly Losing Patience with Brendan Rodgers

Chelsea‘s hierarchy are reportedly growing frustrated with Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers, over what they perceive to be several failed loan deals involving the Northern Irishman.

According to the Scotsman, the Blues may seek to cut short Charly Musonda’s loan deal in Glasgow after the exciting young Belgian was frozen out of the Hoops’ first-team squad.

Musonda arrived amidst great fanfare during the January transfer window, and was expected to make a big impact in Glasgow in the second-half of the season.

However, Musonda has played just a measly four minutes in the previous 10 matches, and it looks fairly likely that he could be recalled to Stamford Bridge in the summer, despite still having another 12 months remaining on his loan deal.

Moreover, Chelsea are supposedly still annoyed over Rodgers’ treatment of Josh Josh McEachran when he was Swansea manager, and Victor Moses during his time as Liverpool boss.

Rodgers took both on-loan from Chelsea, but neither managed to break into regular first-team players under him, and it definitely doesn’t look like any Chelsea players will be heading to Celtic this summer.
