Liverpool Fans Are Desperate to Sign Thibaut Courtois From Chelsea This Summer

Thibaut Courtois‘s Chelsea future appears very uncertain tonight after contract talks broke down with the Belgian and his agent – and Liverpool supporters are hoping to swoop in and make a remarkable signing.

The 26-year-old has established himself as one of the brightest talents in European football whilst at Stamford Bridge, and was expected to pen fresh terms with his current contract running out in 2019.

Sky Sports are claiming Courtois is likely to be sold by the Chelsea hierarchy during this current transfer window, with Roma goalie Allison said to be one potential replacement, but would they really sanction selling one of their prize assets to another Premier League rival?

This lot are certainly hoping so:

Loris Karius showed the world just how much Liverpool are in desperate need for an elite goalkeeper, and you’d think Courtois would more than fit the bill.

But can you really see him moving from Stamford Bridge to Anfield?
