Manchester United and City On Alert After Gareth Bale’s Comments About Future

Manchester United and City should be on alert after Gareth Bale’s comments about his Real Madrid future.

The Welsh attacker was the decisive factor in the Champions League Final tonight as his two goals sealed a 3-1 victory for the Spanish giants.

They went into the games as favourites after winning the previous two European Cups, but also knew it would be a tough ask to secure a third considering how good Liverpool have been this season.

And that proved to be the case in the first half, with neither team able to break the deadlock of a tight game.

The second half was very different though, with Karim Benzema opening the scoring before Sadio Mane equalised shortly after.

With the scores back level, someone had to grab hold of the game – and Bale did just that.

His first goal was a sublime overhead kick, while his second was another bad mistake from Loris Karius in the Liverpool goal.

And that was enough for Madrid to win the game – and Bale to take the plaudits afterwards.

But as he spoke to BT Sport, Bale admitted that he will look at his future this summer and that must put teams like United, City and others:

So will Bale be away in the summer? That interview certainly suggests he could be.
