Mohamed Salah left the Champions League Final in tears after picking up a shoulder injury in the first half.
The Egyptian winger is without doubt Liverpool’s biggest player and much of the pre-match build up surrounded him and his performances this season.

Considering how good Salah has been this season, and how important he’s been to Liverpool, it’s devastating to see the Egyptian in tears like that.
It has short term implications for Liverpool, with Jurgen Klopp’s men now less dangerous in the game.
But it also has longer term implications for Egypt, with the country expecting Salah to lead them at the World Cup next month.
