The rumoured Real Madrid starting XI for the Champions League Final against Liverpool tonight has Gareth Bale in it.
Zinedine Zidane has a load of quality options in his Madrid squad, including the Welsh attacker.
Bale has been in brilliant recent form, scoring five goals in his last five games going into tonight’s match in Kiev.
But he’s hardly contributed in Europe this term, with Isco being preferred in attack by the French manager.
Yet, he looks to have beaten the Spanish playmaker to a spot in the starting XI – with radio network Cadena SER reporting that Bale is in alongside Cristiano Ronaldo and Karim Benzema in attack:

Is that a good or bad thing for Liverpool? Based on recent performances, you’d have to say it’s a bad thing, but Bale has a lot to prove in Europe this term for Madrid.
He’s already shown up in a Champions League Final before, scoring against Atletico in the 2014 final.
