The Scottish Premiership will be a fully licensed league in the new PES 2019 game.
Fans of Scottish football are forever hoping that their brand gets a bigger push – so this news will be welcome.
It’s already licensed in EA SPORTS’ FIFA brand, but these are regular complaints about Celtic Park, Ibrox and other stadiums not being included as playable venues, while only select players get a matching game face.
But that could change with the news that PES 2019 has the Premiership as one its fully licensed leagues.
There are no further confirmed details beyond a host of new leagues being added, but you would hope that the game has plans to introduce more Premiership stadiums as well as players looking like they do in reality:

PES lost their Champions League mode for this year’s game – which is released on August 30th – but have moved to replace it by adding more domestic league licenses.
And that should appeal to supporters – particularly those in smaller nations who are regularly shunned by FIFA and other titles.
